If there is an atypical and original festival, it is Burnig Man. Celebrated for seven days in the temporary city Black Rock, inhabited exclusively on those dates by the participants. In the middle of a Nevada desert, it bears this name in reference to the MAN ON FIRE, who is symbolically burned on the last day of the event. Unlike other festivals, it does not have any patron or sponsor and has a spiritual background that the organizers themselves have structured into 10 “commandments.” The festival also offers scholarships to many artists to participate in the giant sculptures that abound in the venue. It is undoubtedly a different, risky and exciting proposal in which we would love to participate.
