If something fascinates us at Layer Boots is to cross the borders to know new places and new cultures. For us, to travel is a pleasure which opens us the spirit and which inspires us for our new collections.
There is few weeks, we were lucky enough to travel to Canada, this idea turned in our head for some time already.
To enjoy the experience, we rent a small van to feel more free. Having taken off and having known after Vancouver, our first stop was in the national park Jasper in Alberta. Wonderful one place nature made up of lakes, glaciers and waterfalls inside the Rocky Mountains. The importante temperatures were not a problem having by-passed something so attractive.
In this first stop followed the most antique park, Banff, in whom existed an atmosphere which pleased us, as much as the variety of colors. This place is considered as one of the most beautiful places of the world and now we understand why.
We enjoy a lot this experience, to live near to the nature and we return with heads full of inspiration.
Doubtless, our new winter collection will have something of this journey.
