RETURNS (Right of withdrawal)
In case of withdrawal we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, as soon as we receive the return of the products. The cost of return is borne by the customer. The costs of the new shipment are borne by Layer Boots.
You have a period of 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of the product.
To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store, you must send it to:

This right of withdrawal will be subject to the following conditions:
> The product must be returned in its original packaging; without damaging it, painting it, etc ... It is not allowed to send the original packaging without being wrapped.
> The returned items will be reviewed by the LayerBoots staff, in order to assess their good condition. In the event that such assessment determines that the items are not in THEIR ORIGINAL condition, the return will not be accepted.
> Return period of 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product.
> Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep the shipping receipt.
CUSTOMS expenses will be borne by the CLIENT.
The process to follow to request the change of a product already purchased for a different one is as follows:
> Request the change by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 93-001-15-83 within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Request a change in size or model and wait for us to reply if we have stock.
> The articles must be sent in their original state, together with any accessories related to them, and in the original packaging, without damaging it, painting it, etc ... The articles will be reviewed by the LayerBoots staff, in order to assess the good their status. In the event that said assessment determines that the items are not in a suitable condition, the change will not be accepted.
> LayerBoots only assumes shipping costs for erroneous shipments.
> Freight is borne by the customer. In the case of special promotions, where shipping costs are offered free of charge, the customer must also bear the transportation costs of the return or exchange.
> You must attach the original invoice inside explaining what size or model you need.
> If there is a price difference between the original article and the one requested for the change, it will be managed by bank transfer.
